Booking and No Refund Policy:

• Booking Process:

  • To reserve rental items, a booking must be made in advance through our designated booking channels.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure the rental items for your desired dates.

• No Refund Policy:

  • Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, refunds will not be provided for any cancellations or changes.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but due to the nature of our business and the limited availability of rental items, refunds cannot be accommodated.

  • In the event of cancellation or modification to your booking, the paid amount may be retained as a credit for future rentals, subject to availability and our discretion.
