Booking and No Refund Policy:
Booking Process:
To reserve rental items, a booking must be made in advance through our designated booking channels.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure the rental items for your desired dates.
No Refund Policy:
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, refunds will not be provided for any cancellations or changes.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but due to the nature of our business and the limited availability of rental items, refunds cannot be accommodated.
In the event of cancellation or modification to your booking, the paid amount may be retained as a credit for future rentals, subject to availability and our discretion.
